Returning nature, not reinventing it
Amphora and barrique are not tools to transform the wine, but to accompany it for the time it needs. We use vessels that respect the material and guard its expression.
Our aim is to preserve fidelity, not to add complexity. To return to the palate the authentic voice of the mountain, as the vineyard expressed it in that vintage.
