Paltis comes from a long, steady familiarity with this land. Since 1982, between the Dolomites and Lake Garda, we have watched these vines, their difficult soils, the winds that come down from the mountain and shape their character.
Interpreting nature, year after year
Every vintage brings different conditions, never repeatable. Our work is to read these signals and respond with precision. Paltis does not force nature: it reads the signs, adapts its choices, translates the vintage into wine.
