We learned to listen

Climate, altitude, soil, the smallest details are signals to watch closely. Like an interpreter, Paltis does not invent. It listens and returns the authentic voice of the mountain.

Making wine is not about imposing a form on nature, but about reading its signs. Quality is decided between the rows, where, in selected plots, the vine creates the harmony of the wine.

Deep roots, open gaze

Paltis comes from a long, steady familiarity with this land. Since 1982, between the Dolomites and Lake Garda, we have watched these vines, their difficult soils, the winds that come down from the mountain and shape their character.

Interpreting nature, year after year

Every vintage brings different conditions, never repeatable. Our work is to read these signals and respond with precision. Paltis does not force nature: it reads the signs, adapts its choices, translates the vintage into wine.
